Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Case Administrator to join our Corporate Recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insolvency professional looking to take the next step in their career and work on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring cases.

Supporting Insolvency Practitioners and Managers, you will take ownership of case administration from appointment through to closure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to stakeholders while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.




Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including:

Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)

Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)

Administrations

Compulsory Liquidations

Receiverships and other formal insolvency procedures

Prepare statutory documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.

Assist with investigations into company affairs and director conduct.

Monitor case progression, ensuring key deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Maintain accurate case records and financial information.

Review and adjudicate creditor claims where required.

Support asset realisation processes and distributions to creditors.

Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.




Key Requirements

Previous experience working within a Corporate Recovery or Insolvency environment.

Strong knowledge of corporate insolvency procedures and legislation.

Experience managing insolvency cases with minimal supervision.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using insolvency case management systems would be advantageous.

Qualifications

CPI, CII, ACA, ACCA, or other relevant insolvency/accountancy qualifications are desirable but not essential.
