What you'll do
As a Digital Assets Product Manager, you'll take ownership of developing and delivering new and enhanced products, identifying opportunities within the Digital Asset space and bringing them to life.
You'll work closely with colleagues to secure alignment with regulatory and legislative requirements while driving innovation across the product lifecycle. You'll maintain this focus whether you're leading Digital Assets input into our change initiatives and key projects or overseeing the implementation of core product capabilities. Working across industry initiatives and partnering with franchise teams, you'll support growth and innovation while securing strong execution.

What you'll do
As a Digital Assets Product Manager, you'll take ownership of developing and delivering new and enhanced products, identifying opportunities within the Digital Asset space and bringing them to life.
You'll work closely with colleagues to secure alignment with regulatory and legislative requirements while driving innovation across the product lifecycle. You'll also be:
- Leading the delivery of Digital Asset products, applying innovative thinking to create solutions that meet customer expectations that meet customer expectations
- Shaping intuitive customer journeys and enhancing user experience across products and services
- Improving product processes and performance, providing leadership and support to resolve incidents and drive continuous enhancement
- Building a culture of continuous improvement, implementing changes that increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively to drive progress and alignment

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
