The Role

As a key player in our Commercial Property Department, you'll dive into a diverse caseload, including:

• Land Acquisition & Disposals: Assist clients in securing and selling land with the precision of a seasoned surveyor.


• Site Assembly: Piece together property puzzles, ensuring no corners are cut (unless it's a cul-de-sac).


• Options & Pre-emption Agreements: Guide clients through securing those all-important first dibs and pre-emption rights.


• Conditional Contracts & Promotional Agreements: Draft and negotiate contracts that keep our clients on solid ground.


• Planning: Navigate projects through the planning process with the finesse of a legal architect.


• Section 106, 278, and 38 Agreements: Simplify complex agreements, ensuring compliance and success.


• Plot Sales: Manage plot sales from the first brick to the final handshake.

Who Are We Looking For?

You're a solicitor who can confidently act for both landowners and developers, providing commercial advice that adds value and minimizes risk. If you can navigate the complex world of property law with a smile (or at least without pulling your hair out), you might just be the one we're looking for.

• A strong communicator who can negotiate with the best and keep clients happier than a landlord on rent day.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks no actual juggling required, but hey, if you can, that's cool too.
