  • Apply working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable local rules to promote accurate, timely, and compliant litigation operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation support, court filings, and service processes (law firm or legal department environment preferred).
  • Working knowledge of federal and Texas state court procedures, including FRCP and local rules.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and court personnel.
  • Ability to work across multiple practice groups and shift priorities based on operational needs.
  • Proficiency with e-filing systems and docketing workflows; ability to learn firm systems quickly.
