2027 Graduate Talent Program - Group Internal Consulting - NY/NJ
Your role
Interested in working on high-impact change across UBS, building consulting-grade skills, and gaining exposure to a range of business challenges? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group Internal Consulting Graduate Talent Program.
You'll get to:
• work as part of a GIC engagement team, supporting the delivery of critical change at scale
• gain exposure to multiple clients and problem statements, rather than focusing on one narrow area
• help structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation and change initiatives
• build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training
• develop confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments
Your team
You'll be working in Group Internal Consulting (GIC), UBS's in-house consultancy. GIC partners with divisions and functions across the firm to deliver critical change and transformation initiatives. The team combines consulting expertise, proven methodologies, and a cross-functional perspective to help UBS achieve its strategic objectives and respond to an evolving business environment. GIC is where strategy meets execution.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
• is graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has experience working in a project-based environment
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
Please note, this position is not eligible for any employment-based immigration sponsorship. Additionally, UBS will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
