The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be a dedicated 2IC to the CFO and ensure smooth day to day running for the finance function, and wider business.
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting obligations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with key stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage all taxation, compliance, and external audit requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory standards.
- Oversee quarterly consolidated cash flow reporting and group consolidations, providing meaningful insights to support executive decision-making.
Your Profile
A proactive and hands-on leader, you will be a self-starter with a genuine desire to drive business performance and influence strategic outcomes. Previous experience within an ASX-listed environment and leadership of high-performing finance teams will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally within an ASX-listed or similarly complex reporting environment.
- CA or CPA qualified, with strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and partner across the business to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
