Through its corporate markets business, it provides technology-enabled administration and market services across areas including share and unit registry, stakeholder engagement, employee share plans, custody and fund services.
Your new role
Multiple opportunities are available across Registry Operations and Process Control. Depending on the team, you will process and validate investor requests or review transactions to support quality, compliance and risk controls. Both roles suit candidates with financial services experience gained in processing, administration and/or customer service.
- Process and respond to investor enquiries, written requests and transactions accurately within agreed service levels and regulatory timeframes.
- Review and validate activity including transfers, deceased estates, corporate actions, employee share plan transactions and other registry requests.
- Support quality assurance, audit and control activities, including error tracking, reconciliations and the review of higher-risk transactions.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate enquiries, resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting, testing and day-to-day team priorities while following all policies and compliance requirements.

- $75k package on a Fixed Term Contract which includes paid leave.
