Your new role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will lead all aspects of the finance function and act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the investment leadership team, including a CIO with extensive experience from a leading global technology company.

What you'll need to succeed
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and finance operations activities
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Manage liquidity planning, cash management, and banking relationships
• Partner closely with investment professionals on portfolio-related transactions and reporting requirements
• Support fund structures, investment vehicles, and family office operations
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and service providers
• Develop scalable controls, policies, and governance frameworks as the platform grows
• Act as the primary finance contact for the Founder and senior leadership team

What you'll get in return

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines from a reputable university
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• 10 years of relevant experience gained from family offices, investment firms, asset managers, private equity, venture capital, or multinational environments
• Strong technical accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash management expertise
• Experience working with investment portfolios, fund structures, or investment-related finance matters is highly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial, hands-on environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact directly with founders and business owners
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
