Role Overview We are seeking an AI Lead / AI Engineer to play a key role within a growing AI engineering team. This position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on delivering scalable AI-enabled applications and shaping engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack AI applications
• Contribute to the evolution of internal AI platforms and capabilities
• Drive best practices in AI engineering, system design, and deployment
• Work on advanced AI use cases and support new initiatives across the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support deployment strategies, scalability, and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members (for Lead level)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Exposure to AI frameworks/tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Weaviate, RAGAS, Promptfoo, or LangSmith
• Understanding of AI application architecture and integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
• Delivered proven production ready machine learning platforms
