Our client, a leading Financial MNC looking for a Junior Digital Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives across digital platforms and emerging AI solutions. This role offers strong exposure to both front-end customer journeys and backend systems within the insurance domain, along with hybrid working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and define business requirements for digital platform enhancements
Drive end-to-end BA activities across customer-facing web/mobile applications and backend policy administration systems
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Participate in AI-driven initiatives, including use cases such as automation, personalization, and analytics-driven decision-making
Conduct workflow analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative digital solutions
Facilitate stakeholder communication across regional and local teams

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services
Hands-on experience in digital projects (e.g., customer portals, mobile apps, online journeys)
Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration and system flows
Exposure to or interest in AI / data-driven / automation initiatives is highly preferred
Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or API documentation tools
Experience in Agile delivery methodology
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
