Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Head high-priority, complex market entry and expansion projects across their entire lifecycle, initially prioritizing automated/low-touch trading infrastructure rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Transformation: Direct multifaceted change programs aimed at commercial monetization, regulatory compliance, and post-trade/infrastructure optimization.
- Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Own project steering frameworks, including structuring executive committees, drafting high-level briefing materials, monitoring deliverables, and building consensus among senior leaders.
- Risk & Control Integration: Guarantee that strict operational risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance structures are organically designed into every new business process.
- Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify, analyze, and implement structural process improvements to accelerate business scalability and maximize cost efficiencies.
- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience within global markets or institutional banking.
- Program Management Track Record: Extensive background in business management or consulting, with a demonstrable history of delivering large-scale, cross-border initiatives. A deep familiarity with Equities business lines and front-to-back workflows is highly advantageous.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven capacity to navigate complex, matrixed stakeholder environments with exceptional diplomacy, commercial acumen, and sound professional judgment.
- Culture & Communication: A collaborative communicator who values absolute transparency, works well across diverse teams, and can operate with high autonomy.
- Execution & Analytical Skills: A solutions-driven professional possessing sharp problem-solving capabilities, with the resilience to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Capable of serving as a culture carrier and professional mentor to junior project managers and analysts within the team.
- Academic Credentials: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university.
