Digital Learning Developer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Develop and update digital learning content using an authoring tool, working from existing materials, templates and guidelines.
- Transform static learning materials into engaging digital experiences with interactions, questions, scenarios and reveals.
- Refine and structure content for digital consumption while maintaining clarity and consistency.
- Apply visual design principles to ensure polished layouts, spacing, typography, imagery and overall presentation.
- Carry out quality checks on links, formatting, interactions, spelling, consistency and user experience.
- Adapt learning content for responsive delivery across different screen sizes and digital platforms.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience in digital learning authoring, ideally in an LMS, CMS or similar digital learning environment.
- Good eye for visual design, layout and brand-aligned presentation.
- Ability to edit and simplify content for digital use without changing the learning intent.
- Basic multimedia skills, including image resizing/editing and working with icons and simple graphics.
- Language skills: English

- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Responsive to feedback and able to make changes efficiently.
- Independent, proactive and comfortable working with limited direction.
