You will lead joint go-to-market planning, enablement, and co-selling initiatives with resellers, distributors, and managed service providers to drive measurable revenue impact for our CPaaS solutions. This role requires a strong blend of partner relationship management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our partner ecosystem and accelerate market penetration in the Northeast.

  • Channel Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Enablement to design and execute scalable channel programs, technical training, and campaigns.

  • Performance Analytics: Analyze partner performance metrics, pipeline, and revenue contribution to identify areas of growth and improvement.

  • Strategic Feedback: Provide partner insights to influence sales strategy, product roadmap, and channel program design.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure partner compliance with program requirements, brand standards, and sales processes.

  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at channel partner events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen relationships and expand market presence.

  • Partner Advocacy: Serve as an internal advocate for channel partners, ensuring they receive the resources and support needed to be successful.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience.

  • Preferred: 3+ years of direct experience working within the CPaaS, SaaS, UCaaS, or Telecom channel ecosystem.

  • Proven track record of building and growing high-performing channel partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of channel economics, partner business models, and indirect sales cycles.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority.

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience in partner performance reporting and forecasting.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect partner capabilities to customer value and company strategy.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
