Contract Relationship Manager | Circa €280 per day | Dublin (hybrid) | Finance

You'll lead the daily onboarding of new business activities, acting as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams while ensuring adherence to depositary governance and business standards.

Your Responsabilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external parties.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Depositary oversight, fund operations, and regulations.
• Assist in new fund launches, liquidations, and complex product requirements.
• Independently review and finalize Depositary onboarding requirements while upholding governance standards.
• Set up new clients and funds in oversight systems.
• Manage client expectations throughout onboarding.
• Contribute expertise in client workshops and meetings.
• Oversee daily fund operations and address client queries.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational, financial, and regulatory issues.
• Proactively manage risks in line with corporate frameworks.
• Provide support to team members as needed.

Your Requirements:

• Handle large, cross-functional tasks independently.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Possess excellent communication and client service skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Maintain a strong focus and attention to detail.
• Possess deep functional and fund knowledge, including complex structures.
• Understand laws and regulations relevant to depositary/trustee roles.
• Familiarity with Irish funds, AIFMD, and UCITS regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office/MS365, including Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
